All staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They complimented our staff and made it more enjoyable. The rooms were well equipped - loved having the steamer, GHD's etc...wonderful "value add's" that made us feel special! The pool/deck/roof top area were lovely to enjoy, especially in lieu of no bar/restaurant etc.

I had issues with getting access to my included WIFI on my 2nd night, and the female staff member who took my call was professional and friendly in keeping me informed as she liaised with the service provided to get it sorted. I appreciated her efforts and her manner. Everything was lovely, no needed improvements apparent to me.

Kelly was amazing! Don't think I have checked into a hotel so easy before no stress was done in minutes. We found using the pool great, but was only supplied 2 towels, a few extra towels would of been great for showers etc.

The team member that provided exeptional service : If I'm not mistaken her name is Fang. She was helping me to check me in and told me all the details. The lady that check me out as well, sorry I forgot her name. Keep up the good work. Thank you.. I am enjoying my stay. :)

The check in team were awesome - friendly, professional and made me immediately feel relaxed after a long day on the road for work. Improve Nothing - spot on.

The two ladies on reception were amazing and very welcoming. We stayed on Sat 17th of Oct. the room was also presented impecibly and was a credit to your housekeeping team. To be frank this was probably the best hotel experience I have ever had. I loved the outdoor rooftop area, and your staff could not have been any more helpful.

No one person stood out - they were all amazingly helpful and very friendly. To improve: Provide additional towels or provide space in pool area for additional towels that can be used for the pool. Having come from interstate if I needed to use the pool I would have to have used my bathroom towel.

Greg was absolutely lovely when we arrived- he's such an asset to the company. Also, I forgot her name but there was a chinese girl manning the desk when we stayed there and she was absolutely gorgeous and so helpful.

Everyone we encountered provided great service. The finance lady (her name has slipped my mind) was exceptional and very lovely. How can we improve to make your next stay perfect: Nothing - we were very happy with everything. We will be staying with THE WAY Dhaka again.

All staff were professional and pleasant. The front desk manager was a delight and really made us feel welcome and important. Even though we weren't able to have the room originally booked the alternative was perfect How can we improve your next stay: Intending to return multiple times to this hotel with our other child free friends. Hoping small bugs will be fixed with wifi but if a option for rooftop service or something similar is planned that would make it. Also VIP
